The Weekly Stuff Podcast #135 - Talking Deadpool, Digimon Story, Fire Emblem Fates, and more!
It’s time for another episode of
The Weekly Stuff Podcast with Jonathan Lack & Sean Chapman,
a weekly audio show that explores the worlds of film, television, and video games. You can subscribe for free in iTunes by
following this link
.
This is among the stranger podcasts we’ve ever recorded.
Not all of it. After a week off (again due to snow), we return with a slew of topics, including more news on
Star Trek
and
Batman v. Superman,
a final check-in from Sean on
The X-Files
revival series, and more. We talk a little more about
Deadpool,
now that Sean has seen it as well. And for the main topic, we both share some video game stories, as I go through the saga of setting up a new Wii U and give an in-depth review of one of this month’s biggest releases,
Fire Emblem Fates.
But then, in the middle of all that, Sean starts talking about
Digimon Story Cybersleuth,
and goes off on the strangest Digimon-related monologue you’ll ever hear.
Like I said. It’s a strange one. (But also, I hope, fun).
Enjoy, and we’ll see you back here next week, when we talk more
Pokemon
and less
Digimon.
