The Weekly Stuff Podcast #187 – Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 Review, Doctor Who S10E4 & Persona 5 Wrap-Up
It’s time for another episode of
The Weekly Stuff Podcast with Jonathan Lack & Sean Chapman,
a weekly audio show that explores the worlds of film, television, and video games. You can subscribe for free in iTunes by
following this link
.
In what might be our longest episode ever, we offer three big spoiler chats. First up is
Guardains of the Galaxy Vol. 2,
the latest film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and one of their best, most entertaining sequels to date. Next is this week’s episode of
Doctor Who,
“Knock Knock,” in which the show tries on a genuine horror setting and produces perhaps the best episode of the season so far (and prompts Sean to make a lot of Knock Knock joke puns). And finally, it’s time for one last (for now)
Persona 5
discussion, as we move past our story spoiler-chats to offer an overview of the game as a whole, putting at least a temporary cap on our thoughts about this wonderful game.
Enjoy!
